Ebooks and Audiobooks are delivered instantly through email via Book Funnel (www.bookfunnel.com). Email delivery is normally completed within 30 minutes of order (but can take longer in certain situations). If you don't receive your delivery email within one hour of placing an order for an ebook product, please check your Spam/Junk mail folders. Delivery emails from Book Funnel can be flagged as spam/junk for first-time buyers. If you find your delivery in your Spam/Junk mail folder, please be sure to whitelist help@bookfunnel.com. This should prevent future emails to your address from being flagged as spam.
